You most likely answered your question. That being your period being very near. You may be bloated(water).
All in all, it is 100% normal for your weight to fluctuate 5 pounds. Water(hydration), bowel contents, medications,etc. Always weigh yourself the same time, under the same cirmstances, and only once a week. I prefer first thing after waking up and going to the bathroom.

First of all congrats for your weight loss!! Thats awesome. I don't know why you would have a weight gain if your not buillding muscle. It is time for your monthly period? I sometimes gain at that time of the month. I do weight watchers - I'm wondering if you just need to mix up your foods a bit and try some new things. Are you eating the same thing day after day? I tend to get like that thats why I'm asking. Please don't get discouraged you are doing a great job!
