What can I do to help get rid of my compulsive eating habits?

Why and when do you turn to food for "support"? Are you depressed? Angry? Happy? Hurt? Bored? If you keep track of when you eat, and how you felt at the time, you can determine why you are overeating. Are you eating when you are hungry, or to satisfy something else? Every time you eat something, write down how you felt, were you hungry, why did you eat? Etc.....If you are bored, try to find something to redirect your attention. Go for a walk, take up a new hobby, read a book. You may need to talk with someone who can help you address your emotional eating habits. If you do have to put something in your mouth, why not eat carrots or apples. That way you are not consuming "empty" Calories.

Compulsive eating is a sign of anxiety. What I do is take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz. glass of water. Really works. Melts fat. Takes away hunger. Makes hair and nails grow. So remember to drink your ACV daily, twice a day. 93 vitamins and minerals.
I wouldn't think you have to necessarily get rid of your eating habits, just make sure that what you eat isn't horrible for you. But if you do want to slow cravings down, one thing you can do is chew gum from time to time. Just don't chew it too often or you could get an ulser.

reducin it? tell yourself everyday dont eat to much... besides if u did have da will den u will be able to get rid of it..... eat less, healthy, slowdown, dont rush.
