More buffet backing?


so im having greek yogurt, kashi, and grapes for lunch and a turkey burger minus the bun for dinner along with some sweet potatoes and a salad..what should i guzzle for breakfast? Im also going for a five mile jog at 1:00pm

Eat some kind of together grain cereal or hot cereal, preferrably something next to a little protein. I really close to Kashi's GoLean hot cereal. Also a banana with some non-hydrogenated peanut butter is a correct thing to hold on to you full. Whatever you do, dont' skip breakfast, as this will actually lead to you to store more fat.
