How can i lose weight in 6 weeks fast and what foods should i eat?

i am 5.4 and a female and i am 17 goin on 18 soon and i weigh between 140 to 145

Answers:
I'm 11 and i eat two hard boiled eggs for breakfast and a grapefruit I eat fish for lunch and a grapefruit I don't eat dinner I just snack on fruits and veggies.I do 400 things a day where i lay down put my hands on my head and lift up when your on 200 bend nees when your on 300 put left leg up when on 400 put right leg up.I have already lodt 20 pounds in a day doing this.When your hungry just exercise thats what I do.During summer break I just exercise instead of watching tv while exercisin tell yourself repeatedly im ok the way i am and i will loose weight.Bye hope this helps.
