kickboxing and bicycling
High intensity interval training. Such as sprinting for 30 seconds the resting for 30 to 60 seconds, then repeating 4-8 times. Its been scientifically proven to burn 2-3x more fat than low intensity long distance cardio session.
I believe the best would be rollerblading - it burns over 800 calories an hour for a 150lbs person
Something inclusive of cardio and muscle building will. I recommend boxing. But supplement it with treadmill, swimming laps, or using an eliptical on off-days as well. Cardio and building muscle burn the fat the fastest.
Swimming was a good answer.
I was thinking running.
Weight lifting is what I love to do. Don't know how much it burns, though.
Dancing could be very good, too.
Any sport where you are active. I don't think baseball counts if you are a right fielder.
