How many jumps should I do to lose 25 lbs in a month???
Question:
Answers:
1. You're not going to lose 25 pounds in a month. That would require a calorie deficit of something like 3000 calories a day. Jumping rope won't do it. I couldn't do it running, and I'm a trained athlete.
2. Jumping rope is decent exercise. How good depends on you. Heart rate is the best measure of fat burning because its your cardiovascular system that carries oxygen to your muscles. Burning calories/fat/food/fuel requires oxygen.
Higher heart rate = more oxygen = more calories burned.
3. I don't believe in averages as shown on most charts. They are very misleading. Jumping rope is good exercise. Not as good as running, cycling, or swimming, but still good. To have an effect on your weight, you will likely need to do it for more than an hour a day.
my bf says 500 a day, no clue why
i think it would be better to work out a time its easier to keep track of then counting how many jumps. Set a clock and afew mins or until u are completly stuffed.
No way.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
