I haven't been able to do my exercise routine for a day or 2 as I've been busy. Anyone else find... ?

Answers:
Yes, definitely, if I get caught up in something and don't workout for 3-5 days, I lose muscle mass, which in turn makes me lose motivation. The best way for me to get the motivation back is to just get myself going again and start seeing the results again.
same thing has happened tome too
i've been working out for like a month and then i ran out of time
so i haven't worked out for like a week
and now i feel like a pig
but i am going to start again just have a time to workout that revolves around ur schedule
But what have you been doing during your busy time? Have you been walking while running errands? Have you taken the stairs instead of the elevator? Have you been constantly moving (i.e. pacing while talking on a cordless phone, doing household chores)? The point here is that as long as you eat right and keep moving, every little bit helps. To sum up, here are some ways to sneak a little exercise in during your day:
(01) Do household chores
(02) Pace while talking on your cordless or cell phone.
(03) Take the stairs instead of the elevator
(04) If safe, park farthest away from work or the store and
walk
(05) Push a cart for awhile before buying anything in a store.
(06) Walk in a mall
In other words, keep moving and good luck!
Lethargy does set in and only way to overcome is will power.
