When eating healthily, is it alright to have a little chocolate/ crisps. If so, how much?

Try and have it with a meal and your body will digest it better. Have it occasionally as just a treat and not all the time.
a small treat once a week wont hurt.
try the low fat crips, like potato heads, french fries, quavers, walkers lites. potate heads are especially good, they're really satisfying! a small chocolate bar, like milky way, ripple, maltesers these are all under 200 calories would be fine - no yorkie bars!
A little dark chocolate is good for you. Helps with blood pressure. I eat a Hersey's bitesize or two everyday. I would stay away from crisps, etc. Salt and fat are never healthy treats.
yep as they say everything in moderation is good for u just as long as u dont eat 3 family bars of chocolate and 8 packets of crisps a day lol
A few bits of chocolate and some crisps from time to time does not hurt. Anything that you take in excess(even fruits and vegetables) is bad for your health. As long as you eat everything that your body requires in the right proportion, there is no problem.
it's really good that you eat healthy! good for you! i also started eating more healthy 2 years ago and i feel so much better now. i managed to stay away from chips&co but not from chocolate. when i do eat chocolate, i burn off all the "extra" calories by taking a walk or bike riding..

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
yes it is but you should limit your self. only have a piece of chocolate not the whole bar there r alot of calories in chocolate or if u have crisps try eating quavers or skips low in fat and calories but only have these once a month not all time.
