Well, i am 17 years old, and i am over resembling 300 i think probably more, but anyway i am good-for-nothing when it comes to working out, but i will do anything to be beautiful, Graduation is soon for me, But i want to lose alittle solidity and i have similar to a year and a half to do it. i graduate june of 2009, it would be this year but i ruined freshman year. But anyways PLEASE HELP ME!

Skip meals. Eat 2 times per year than 3 times per day
Dont munch through until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of hose down and stop all the vigorous food and chocolate.
