15 years old 147 pounds... how to lose weight fast?

I am a 15 year old girl, 147 pounds and 5'2". I exercise at least 3 times a week about 2 hours a day ( cheer leading ) I am kinda muscular. I don't drink soda and I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables instead of junk food. I want to lose weight fast. I would like to lose about 20 lbs or more. HELP PLEASE!

your probly dont have much weight to lose, it seems to me that you would have more muscle due to your sport, but it you want to trim down, simply do cardio such as running , swimming, etc. remember it also about your motabolism so althought you eat healthy some traniners suggest to six small meals instead of 3
well im 15 2 and as far as im concerned ur weight is fine and muscle weighs more than fat but if u wanna lose some pounds fast just drink lots of water cuz it flushes out ur system i hope this helps
oookkayyy..i am 16, 138 and 5'2", and i've been wanting to lose weight fast since last year, and i did each diet i was suggested and you know what? none of 'em work. if there was a certain super fast way to lose weight, all of us would be following those diets instead of being on the computer asking how.

i have a friend who began cheerleading last year...she actually gained weight because this sport was less active than what she use to be in. dont let that discourage you tho, as long as ur doing something you should definatly lose weight. (my friend also ate lots of junk food so...) but anyway if i were u, i'd throw a lil once a week hard workout routine that would last about an hour. set up a routine that will exercise all of the muscles. do a jog, and then do crunches, and then push ups, and sit ups, and squats.until your hour is up. OR just do martial arts. martial arts is a VERY good workout.

thats good with what you're eating. avoid the junk food as much as you can. you will notice the pounds shedding off cause the healthy foods give you more energy, and they arent so fattening.

tip: HIDE THE SCALE. ppl let the scale discourage them. see, if a person has begun a diet where more than usual exercise in involved, they will gain a bit of weight because new muscle is forming. so then they quit their diet, when its really doing good for them. the weight gain is only temporary tho, cause then the muscle they gained begins burning the fat wether ur working out or not, and then u will drop in pounds.
