I have a four or six pack, you can barely tell, how can i get it to show?

My problem is I can't loose any weight during the process, but I want 2 show off my muscles to my girlfriend.also how do u get muscles in ur arms & fast?

ummm.. do crunches instead of sit ups..
do a lot of bench, arm curls, triceps curls. Just don't do arms.. because having your upper body bigger than your lower body just isn't proportional...
i have a 12pk and my hubby thinks i'm hot.lol
just stick to the good ol crunches.

there is no quick over night work out, you have to exorcises 3 times a week and cut out all fat
do sit ups the kind you lay down put ur hands under ur but and lift ur legs up and down those hurt crazy do 100 a day and it ur thin u can tell in a week but if ur fat then u first need to do cardio to loose the fat cus even if you do a million sit ups correctly and hurt it wont be able to be visible cus ur fat will cover ur pack does that make sence? you can see a six pack even if you have one under aaaall that fat!!

I know that before those muscle tournaments they cut their carbs way back.In general if you are on your way to being healthier; and in general a very nice person thats what she is attracted too first so don't go out of your way.But cutting back carbs to define your toned/ripped muscles.
Push-ups develop arms fast and best.
You need to run in order to burn the fat in your stomach area. If you can't run, areobic exercise at least 30 mins, twice a day should get your abs showing in no time. The more exercise the faster you get results but don't burn yourself out. Also make sure you eat right to fuel your workouts.
