Should i lessen my carbo intake, when trying to gain muscle mass?

Question:
i am trying to gain weight by working out and lifting weights. i know that i have to increase my protein intake, but should i lessen my carbo intake? the problem is, i tend to feel dizzy and tend to pass out after a rigorous work out regimen.

Answers:
You need to eat meat and vegetables together and not that powdered (i.e. whey) protein crap.

Think about the actual muscle.. like the flesh of it... and picture it being rebuilt, it needs other protein from actual other tissues. Not milk proteins. Yuck! The best muscles are built on meat.

Also... the best way for your body to get that protein there is by keeping it nourished and vegetables lightly steamed are the best. It also helps get the protein there. As far as carbs... I'd eat some if I felt faint from work outs.

Hope this helps.

Yes you need carbs. They are for endurance. Protien is good yes. Carbs do not negate the muscle gain they help it aswell. Especailly since ur feeling dizzy and passing out!
