I found some excellent tips at this web site: http://www.ehow.com/how_2039230_lose-wei...
The most important thing I have learned over the years is that there are NO miracles out there when it comes to losing weight, and to accept the fact that it isn't easy to do, it's really hard, but if we wnat to look and feel better, it's worth all the hard work. Good luck to you!
Just cut out the processed carbohydrates, Fizzy drinks, red meat, beer and stick to white meat like chicken & fish, eat legumes like peas and beans, veggies, fruits..lots of fresh juice.. and walk at least a minimum of 30 minutes three times a week.

Another thing, weight does not go that quickly. It takes at least two weeks to lose a measly kilo so dont pressure your self..eventually it will go.
go on a high protein diet, your lose the fat and do some exercise and squats.
