Your stomach expands when you eat, and if you a person who is generally slender, this may show to the naked eye after eating and you may appear "fatter". Often you see people in movies on TV undoing their top pants button or belt after eating, the joke being that their pants are now too tight because their stomach expanded from eating.
The average person burns 1,500-2,000 calories per day, and it is only calories that you did not burn which can possibly converted to fat, so the only way you could put on "fat" weight in one day would be to eat an overwhelming number of calories while exerting aboslutely NO energy - like laying in bed all day. Even then the weight you put on would be minimal at best.
Keep in mind that your weight fluctuates naturally throughout the day. You could weigh 125 pounds in the morning and then get on the scale and it says 128 pounds in the afternoon. This is part of the body's natural function. This is why it is wise to only weigh yourself once a week, as a day to day measurement of your weight does not give you an accurate depiction of your weight gain or loss.

You can't gain enough weight in one day to actually change the way you look.
Obviously, you are not percieving yourself accurately. I assume that it is impossible to gain weight in just one day, especially such weight that it would be noticeable to the human eye.
Yes paranoia can cause slight illusion-so-to-say. You wouldn't of noticed in just one day. Don't worry so much. Paranoia and stress can make you gain weight!
Not Fat, Muscle, when you work out and tone up, you loose the body fat and gain muscle. This is a good thing... So don't look at as a bad thing. Eat healthy, exercises normal, and don't put yourself in a situation that you can't handle. You a beautiful person. You can do it. I struggled with the wait issue too, and it's not easy to go through alone, you might want to find a support group to help you through things... Good Luck, hope this helps...
no u are getting fat quickly. run all day long and dont eat anything ever again or else u will have rolls and be fat and ugly and nobody will like you or ever talk to you again.
You body can still be digesting the food, but eventually your stomach goes back to normal after it passes, this happens because your body can digest so much food at a certain rate that's why some trainers suggest eating six small meals as it speed your metabolism up and keeps your belly from enlarging as much which thus makes you get fuller quicker. That's what worked for me (I use to be 295lbs now I'm 185) don't be hard on your self and remember a person is their own hardest cridict. I would say you just paranoid to answer your question it takes 3500 cals to make a pound of fat and our body is always burning but I can understand the E.D. problem as i have a love one whom had the same problem!
You cannot gain fat back in a day, ever day your bady will look different. If you drink less water and eat more salty food in a day you will appear biiger as you will have fluid retention.
Also around when you get your periods, you will look a little more bloated than other times.
Every person has one thing about them that they worry about and nobody else can see anything. You may be a little paranoid but everyone goes through it to some degree...
it is possible. someone who knows they're body can tell. you are probably insulin insensitive. when you eat your body releases insulin to get the nutrients to your body. some people release more insulin than needed which leads to gaining fat. stick to low glisymic foods.
