Whats the quickist way for a twelve year old to lose weight?

Your 12 year old shouldn't be losing weight. If she is too overweight it should be lost by healthy eating and excercise.
I wouldn't recommend a twelve year old to go on a diet.
You are still growing you will shape out when you get to your teens.

stop eating crap all the time and plenty of exercise will work, kids should be outside playing games not sat on a games console all day, thats why we have so many obese kids nowadays
She does not need to diet as she is just going into puberty and her body will need any excess weight to cope with her growing body.

Everybody puts on weight around that age. Unless she is obese she shouldnt need to be on any weight loss diet as long as she excercises. And if shes obese get her to run or on a bike but dont go to far with the diet thing as long as she stops eating the junk.
The same way an adult should, slowly with a good balanced diet and no i wouldn't recommend slim fast to a child in fact not to anyone. If she is really overweight take her to a doctor who will recommend a dietitian who can assess her properly and work out a healthy eating plan. Its possible she's just at that stage and will grow out of it.
Please dont give slim fast to a child. Is she bothered by her weight? If so, sit down with her and talk to her about the benefits of a healthy diet and excersize. It really isn't right to assist any child dieting, or to make any suggestions or comments about thier weight. If you feel she is unhealthy due to her size then I owuld advise excersize, swimming etc that you can do as a family and start healthy eating as a family, as long as snacks are healthy and meals are nutritous and blanced then that is the best that you can do as a parent. Chances are she will ahve a growth spurt and as she turns into a teenagers her body will completely change and the last thing you want is to have a body concious girl with issues about food,

A 12 year old should certainly NOT be dieting. If she is obese (which I doubt because then she wouldn't be bothered about dieting) then take her to a nutritionist (you can get details through your GP) and they can help her find a good balanced diet and a healthy exercise plan.
If she is not fat, then take her to your GP and try to tackle the mental issues (if left this could lead to severe eating disorders) as early as possible.
Get Your Doctors Advice Or Dietician. Do Not Just put her on a diet as she is still to young.
