Question:
i walk to and from work which is an hour each way (2 hours per day-5 days a week). This walk includes going up and down a number of hills.

will this help me lose weight and keep me fit, provided i eat the right foods.

Answers:
Yes.
It will keep you at an ideal active weight for your body type and will provide lasting health benefits for decades to come.
uhm, yeah.
that's a no-brainer.
may be. try and see. if you feel its working then carry on..otherwise find something more physically demanding!
yes it will thats a great way to do it with exercise and eating right
You won't see results quickly.
You will certainly tone up and you will lose weight of course if you eat the right foods.
should atleast help you tone up
yes of course :)
Obviously...
Yeah of course it will. Get on it Nikee Girl!!
walking is not verry viguris im on my feet all day and walking backand forth all day i fuger i walk more than ten mils in my shift but i keep getting fater
was 212lb win i started this job know 225
of course that will help you.
yes, so long as you are burning more calories than you eat, you lose weight
yeah of course it will, if you eat healthy.
absolutely..walking is the best excercise by far..no need to go jogging or slogging it out for hours in the gym...invest in a pair of MBT trainers to help your posture and tone up [supposed to fight the battle with cellulite] They're not the prettiest trainers out but they are fantastic and will set you back £120 but well worth it.
You will definitely burn up some fat with that kind of work out as you do it everyday. Depending on the speed at which you walk, you will be doing your heart some good and maybe building some endurance as well. But for muscular strength you may need to add some resistance/weight training to that maybe 2 - 3 times a week.

But you seem to be doing good so far. Physical activity of any kind , is better than none at all. And for some of the best workouts you dont need fancy equipment or gyms.. Just use ur body and keep moving...keep it up
Definitely hon - keep it up - I'm so lazy, I just get on the bus

Make sure u drink enough water too !
To begin with you need to know how fast/slow your metabolism is
Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.get-slender.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
Yes.
