Consistent pain?


Question:
Hi Am a 37 year old male. I have been walking for 1 hour regularly in the last few days. I notice there is a sharp pain somehere near my right heel in my foot consistently now.
Any ideas?

Wouldn't want to guess what the problem is, but if you just began to walk for an hour a day, try doing something that doesn't hurt your feet for a few days while your foot heals.

Then begin walking for five minutes, increasing the time a minute a day until you are up to the amount of time you wish to spend walking. Invest in a real good pair of walking shoes if you haven't already.
