Question:
Serious anwsers please!
Answers:
Jacket potato with any topping i guess.
Sandwich
Salad
Spaghetti bolognaise.
There is many meals which under 500kcals.
What do you want and then check how many kcals it's got in
Standard size chicken and mushroom pot noodle.
I lived through WW2 for 5 years. My meals were 500 cals if that. By the end of the war I looked like a concentration camp survivor. Is that serious enough?
In the morning 1 slice of bread. Lunch: 1/4 liter of hot water soup about 2% unknown solids and better not to know. Dinner: 1 slice of bread. After dinner: crying because hungry and driving my father mad because he could not provide food for his children.
Good luck future skeleton.
A large salad with a little bit of ham or chicken. As much fruit and veg as you want.
You can get those Tuna meals with beans from "John West" at your supermarket - these are about 300 Kcal, so you should be fine. It's also rather filling too, so won't have so many cravings like when you eat those low cal bars.
well everyday for lunch i have:
a cup of green leaf lettuce= 5 calories
about one teaspoon of this chinese dressing ( but u could have wahtever dressing u want, i would get the fat free ones)= about 10 calories
about 5 of those cherry tomatoes=15 calories
half of a plain veggie burger (no bun) from costco= 70 calories
so i have about 100 calories for lunch. and if ur still hungry which im usually not u could have some grapes, plum, orange, apple, or some pineapple chuncks with it. and u might think the veggie burger is gross but its not and im not even a vegeterian.
and if u just eat this or this with some fruit you can have whatevr u want for dinner.
Absolutely!
Several of my favorites:
2 hot dog's with fresh veggies:
Use Hebrew national fat free dog's (50 cal each) and Wonder Light Buns (80 cal each)
I like it w/ mustard and onions (flavorful without adding lot's of calories) but you have some leeway if you like brown sauce or catsup's.
Add about a cup of raw broccoli (or similar veggie) with 2 tbsp low fat Italian dressing for dip and a diet sods or iced tea and you have a very filling (and fast!) meal.

Another great find is the "I can't believe it's not butter" Spray butter - 0 cal/serving (that's right - zero) and it works wonderfully for cooking - it actually tasted good too. I use it to make low cal grilled cheese sandwiches. 2 slices of light bread (Wonder actually makes good light bread, but there are others. I like the sourdough or whole wheat) at 40cal/slice, 1 slice of real cheese at about 100cal (light cheese tastes like crap, not worth it - better to use the real stuff in moderation) and the spray butter on the outside of the bread. Grill up and enjoy with a little tomato soup or fresh veggies.
If you like these feel free to email me, I came very close to publishing a book on this sort of topic after I managed to loose 50lbs with a busy life requiring a lot of "fast food" stops.
MAKE A HUGE SALAD BUT DONT PUT ANY DRESSING ON IT AND DRINK WATER TO WASH IT DOWN. BUY LEANEST HAMBURGER AND EAT A FEW RY-KRISP WITH IT. WALK FOR EXERCISE CARRYING A COUPLE OF LIGHT WEIGHTS IN EACH HAND. THE SALAD CAN BE MADE FROM A VARIETY OF VEGGIES.
Pot Noodles, they are about 180 calories a pot.
Soup's always a good one; you get a nice easy meal and it can come in at 300 Kcal, depending on what you get. I'd get the nice ones though, as otherwise it can feel like you're robbing yourself!
M&S do some really good salads, but be careful, some of them can be really calorific!
A homemade Chicken Caesar salad should come under the 500 mark if you use lean chicken, grill it, and only have low-fat caesar sauce with a small ammount of parmasan cheese - grate it very, very finely and you need much less.
Good luck!
For breakfast I have for hot water & lemon and two rice crackers
For lunch, M&S tomatoe and basil soup.
For dinner steamed fish and vegetables.
Rougly 500 cals a day. Snack on vegetables but not fruit as they can be quite high in sugars. I snack on carrots, celery that sort of thing.
HOWEVER you cannot maintain this long term - I'm only doing this as I'm going on holiday in three weeks. If you attempt to live on 500 cals a day long term you will become very seriously ill.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, get to the gym or start some form of excercising - if you extreme diet without excercise all that happens is that any weight you lose will come back on threefold when you start eating 'normally' again (which you will eventually!).
Good Luck, and be carefull.
8 Ryvita Fruit and Grain Goodness Bars.
63 calories per bar, less than 3% fat, all natural ingredients.
chicken, fish, pasta and any amount of vegetables and fruit, stay away from sauces as they have lots of sugar in them but although you will loose weight cutting down, you will have to continue on that diet for ever or the weight plus more will come back.
