They are low in oil as long as you don't smother them in butter, cream, sauce etc, wholegrains, beans & pulses, skimmed milk, low butter dairy products, non sugary cereals, coffee, tea and sugar free beverages, sound oils, olive, sunflowr, safflower, flaxseed, & rapeseed (limit to 2tsp a day).
Cut your portion sizes down too if you can. Eat slowly. Chew more. Drink plenty of hose down. Snack only on fresh fruit. Move as much as you can.
Then when you hold lost the weight, take care not to put it all wager on on again over Christmas.
