Inexpensive Gyms?
Question:
-Also, it'd be nice if there was an inexpensive personal trainer along with the gym as well... but I doubt that.
Thanks!
Answers:
I work out at my local YMCA and its pretty cheap and also really nice...they have tv's in all the treadmills and ellipticals and also pretty inexpensive personal trainers who are really nice. I think after you join you even get a free personal trainer for like 6 weeks or something. You should look into it. Good luck
well theres a free membership at the park. its also less stuffy and you get to see things that you dont get to see in a gym
Get a family discount of you have a family member in a gym,
Well if you're on your way to college, then the gym on campus is your best bet. You could also find a personal trainer, but with your lack of funds and trying to find a cheap gym, then a trainer is not one of your options right now.
i think the most inexpensive place that i have found is ballys, that is probably why i go there..lol.if there is no place that you can find that you can go to, you can always just go to the park or the beach and work out there, or go to a public or friend's pool, swimming is a great way to exercise. you could also go out and just buy some weights of your own and start doing exercises by yourself..
do some research of your own, only you know what your needs are, and sometmes youd be applying to a gym and wind up not using all of it assets. check out reviews, your local newspapers, try to find a good promotion, and also, ask around or check your community papers see if anyone knows and can contribute to your well being.. g/l
