How do i get "Hulk Hogan" arms?

Question:
I don't want ripped skinny arms but huge bulky arms like Hulk Hogan or that guy from American Choper on TLC Channel. What excersies and what foods should I eat like crazy!

Answers:
Well your tricep is actually 2/3 of your arm, the bicep is only 1/3. So doing tricep exercises has the potential to make your arms grow more than bicep exercises. I'd recommend dips, "skull crushers" and close-grip bench press.
Bicep curls are of course important too. There is a muscle between your bicep and tricep that also gets worked by curls, called the brachialis. Doing hammer curls (bicep curls where you hold the weight in a "neutral position" - your thumbs up - stimulates the brachialis most. By making the brachialis grow it pushes the bicep out farther, making your arm bigger overall.
Choose a weight for these exercises where you can only get 8 reps per set.
Eating a lot of protein is very important, especially after a workout. It is also important that your muscles get enough rest between workouts, that is when they grow.
well he's probably alot bigger then you and you will probably never get as ripped as him. im not saying you wont get alot of muscular strength im just saying you probably wont look like hulk hogan
