Help me lose weight quick?

Question:
So i know this sounds unhealthy, but my mom has a wedding coming up and the dress she picked out for me is 2 sizes lower than what i am. i'm 5'7" 140 pounds and the dress she wants me to wear i need to be about 130. I got fitted for the dress a MONTH ago (retarded huh) and have gained 10 POUNDS since then. I am 19 years old so I don't want to have to resort to weightloss pills, however I work too much, have a baby to take care of, and other things. I only have about 20 minutes to exercise a day. Whats a quick way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? I cut out all the drinks, and i just now drink water. I always have these cravings that i cannot help. what are some quick ways? how much less should I eat? etc.

Answers:
10 pounds is 2 weeks is a bit much, but i think its' really the exercise factor than will be most effective. you say you have 20mins everyday, it should be enough for a good jog.

and eating, eat only when hungry and more veggies. and dont' starve yourself.
try reducing your calorie intake by 500 calories a day. you can lose at least one pound a week. or for faster weight loss just eat 500 calories each day. don't eat food with high carbs.
Try incorporating the Glycaemic Index into your eating plan is surprisingly easy.

Eating a lot of high GI foods can be detrimental to your health because it pushes your body to extremes. This is especially true if you are overweight and sedentary. Switching to eating mainly low GI carbs that slowly trickle glucose into your blood stream keeps your energy levels balanced and means you will feel fuller for longer between meals.
o Low GI diets help people lose and control weight
o Low GI diets increase the body's sensitivity to insulin
o Low GI carbs improve diabetes control
o Low GI carbs reduce the risk of heart disease
o Low GI carbs reduce blood cholesterol levels
o Low GI carbs can help you manage the symptoms of PCOS
o Low GI carbs reduce hunger and keep you fuller for longer
o Low GI carbs prolong physical endurance
o High GI carbs help re-fuel carbohydrate stores after exercise

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
