One question!?

Question:
if i burn off more than what i eat will i loose weight?

just wanting to know cause everyone is obsesed with loosing weight, when all they need to do is eat right, and excercise it off and drink lots of water...

Answers:
yes if you burn more calories than you consume you will lose fat/weight.
YUP. thats basically it. If you burn 3500 calories (not at once) more than what you eat, then you will officially lose 1 pound. Then after that, just multiply 3500 x 2 pounds = amount of calories that you need to burn more than what you ate.

Simple enough?

if you burn more then you intake then yes. its a simple formula

intake < (less then) burning

so if 3500 calories is a pound burn that many and you've lost a pound.
