Am I overweight aka fat?

I am 5'9" and weigh about 175. Is it fat? I'm not sure what size my poants should be cause they always seem to big after taking them home from the store.

no i don't think so. you are tall! if you were 5'5 that might be a little heavy but not at 5'9 i think you are fine. you need to always remember to drink lots of water and exercise to stay toned up. but no...you are not a fattie!
