do a lil bit of diet control...nt much actually , include more friuts & veg, reduce non veg.u knw jst the basics. do a lil bit of exercise.better if u can jst shake ur body 2 ur fav tunes. tat way, u can burn fat.without feeling the pinch. now over 2 the MANTRA..IMAGINE URSELF THE WAY U WANNA C.....;LESS THOS KGS. evry morning ..let this b 1 of ur 1st thoughts. understand the infinite powers within urself.tak control of ur life. b4 going 2 sleep too reaffirm thes thouhgts.imagine oters showing thier surprise at ur new image..imagine all sorts of things u hav wishd 2 do .had u been a lil less fatty. nw tats all u need 2 do..leave de rest 2 ur mind.& belive it can do wonders ...but only if u let it do. good luk!!!!
dont take any diet pills there a huge waste of money, just run every morning and night, swim if you can
It's best not to use diet pills. If you want to loose weight do it a healthy and natural way. Eat 3 square meals a day, aminly fruit and vege and drink plenty of water. Also exercise because you can't just loose weight by eating less, if you want to see real results you should be donig cardio 2 or 3 times a week.
it would be helpful to know how much you are expecting to lose. But Diet Pills is definitely NOT the way to go. Bad for your body.
Best way is to exercise and eat sensibly. You can try Nutrisystem as well, most of the food is good and you will lose weight. Of course whatever you do you need to commit and exercise.
Just exercise and drink a lot of water. It's very simple, you can't go wrong. You should start with 1hr walk every day, and if you can burn calories on other way - go ahead, and no less than 2 liter of water per day, that is the minimum.
My brother's girlfriend lost a lot of weight using the weight watchers method and doing pilates in the mornings. It worked wonders for her, she looks amazing.

Drink tons of water! NO soda, chips, candy and if you must : eat out only 1-2 times a week. No white bread, rice, starches, and very little dairy. Eat a medium portion of lean protein in the form of chicken breast, tuna, salmon, beef or if vegan tofu with tons of veggies. Have 2-3 salads a day and when you get a sugar craving buy the mini size portion. Also caffeine is your friend because it reduces your appetite but on the down side it lowers your blood sugar which can lead a sugar craving. By the way it is important that you take a multivitamin and calcium pill everyday to make sure that while on such a strict diet you are still getting sufficient daily nutritional value. If you don't have time to exercise a strict diet alone can still help you drop plenty of weight.
