Tredmil vs. excersise bike?

If you can, use both machines.
I do, and I love it. On Monday, I run; then on Tuesday I use the bike, etc.. I'm still burning cals, but I'm giving my muscles a rest. When you run, you use your muscles in a different way then when you are riding the bike.
It's probably best to "cross train" with both pieces of equipment. They each work differently and work different muscles. Be careful of the bike if you have bad knees.

your using more mucles and use more calories rather than just sittin and moving your legs...but it dose gives you bad joint pains :[, so a bike is good but for fast results id start on the tredmil..good luck :D
