So I Had A Diet Relaps...?

Ive been cuting calories and today i kinda snapped and i ate alot. does anybody have ne tricks to keep a good view on dieting and keep ur mind in the diet set?

Answers:
Well if you snap, it means your hungry, and on a diet you shouldn't be hungry.

Eat six times a day, two hours seperate between each meal.

1 meal 1 snack 1 meal 1 snack 1 mean 1 snack.

Meaning 3 meals, 3 snacks.

But in the order:

1 meal 1 snack 1 meal 1 snack 1 mean 1 snack.

Also, drink lots of water, and even green tea but not too much.

Man I hate dieting, but that book actually worked and made me have fun dieting. Anyways I hate advertising so I recommend you try the Abs Diet, and hopefully it'll work for you.
