Well, first of all eat! :) You are only 13. You are a perfect weight, as long as you are eating a healthy (at least partly) diet, and getting some exercise. Concentrate on your friends, and enjoying your youth, it will pass too quickly! Seriously though, that is the perfect weight for 5'5''.

NO! you're not fat at all, don't obsess over your weight, you're at a perfectly healthy and average weight. just eat healthy foods and exercise.
I am 30, 5'6 and 130 lbs. Do you play any sports? Muscle weighs more than fat. You might grow another inch or two in Highschool. I did. I was probably 120 at that age and height. I don't think you are fat, maybe just not in shape, but join a sports team in highschool. It's a great way to get in shape and make some friends. I was on soccer and swim team for three years.What ever you do NEVER DRINK SODA. Especialy DIET SODA. It makes you fat. Trust me. If you do nothing else different, only drink water and you will lose at least 5 pounds in 4 weeks. I promise. Never drink soda and don't stop eating. Just manage your food. Don't eat until you are stuffed. Eat fresh food, not packaged. Good luck.

if you feel like you need to lose weight, don't eat any junk food and exercise 3 times a week. being 5'5" tall, you might not look like you need to lose weight. if it looks like you need to lose weight, then drop a few lbs.

Ok well first, in my opinion by what your saying your height is and weight i dont think your fat at all, i think your too self conscious about your body, and im 13 too, so i know what you mean, when there is somthing with your body that your not happy with, i think that you are fine, but if you think you are fat, maybe try to lose a few pounds, like 5 or so, so you wont be self conscious, and dont stop eating, instead eat healthy foods, and that will help right thier, if you just stop drinking soda, eating, candy, chocolate, potato chips, fats and sugars than right their your already geting a head start, and maybe also run about a mile or two 3 times a week, or you could just do little stuff, that still helps like when watching tv, during commercials, do situps until the commercial is over, or walk or play with a dog (if you have one) and just simple things, and you will be more toned up in know time, and you will like your body more,

130 for a 5'5" person is not fat at all. Not to be rude are any thing, but not eating is totally unheathy for you. Believe me I know. In my own advice I don't think your fat. But if your not comfortable about the way you look excercise it might make you feel better.
well, you are abou tthe right size. I think that you need to lose 7-10 pounds. just dont over eat, and try to play, you should be fine though
