Answers:
There's no doubt that you can lose weight by November, but without a decent amount of exercise 60 pounds seems a little out of reach.
If you truly don't want to exercise/run/etcetcetc...then I suggest doing the raw fruits and veggies diet. Six meals a day, morning and morning snack would be fruit (whatever you want), Lunch and midday snack would be vegetables and raw nuts, and dinner and the last snack would be a huuuge salad with whatever you want on it (as long as it's raw) and then something like a banana before bed.
You would lose so much weight. It's unbelievable how well the raw lifestyle works.
Also if you have any skin problems (acne and such) this will clear it up and make you glow!
Go to England and spend $120 - that will be 60 pounds right now!
Phentermine...I recommend it under medical supervision only.I have lost 22 pounds in 2 months..
Drink water and cut your meals down. Use a small plate instead of a regular size dinner plate. Walk as much as possible. Stay away from sweets and soda.
The only wieght you can safely lose by novemeber would be 20 lbs. Trying lose anything else could land you in the hospital. But to start with drink a minimum of 8 8o glasses of water a day and cut your calori intake to a healthy 12-15 calories a day. No junk food either.

Cardio is the best way to lose weight. So besides running (which is my favorite):
-Pilates
-weights
-bike riding
-speed walking
-swimming <--pounds will drip off
-aerobics
good luck!
Its not that healthy,to lose that much in a short time.
You should try to walk 1- 2 miles a day. at least 3-5 times a week.
Eat lots of greens and protein. Stay away from carbs sodium and junk food. Try to stay active. Try to do sit ups. Drink plenty of water.
I been doing this for almost a month and I lost 10 pounds so far.
Just do this in your own pace. You will do great. You can lose some weight ,if you follow a Healthy and active diet.
If you don't want to make an extra effort , you arn't going to be able to do it.
No. But you can get a good start on it. You can lose half of that easily. Limit your calories to around 1600 which is the bottom of the pyramid recommendations. 6 starches, 5 fruits and vegetables (a combination of the two=5), 6oz. of meat or protein, 2 eight ounce glasses of milk and an occasional sweet. For more details log on to www.foodpyramid.gov. and good luck. I've been there. I know this works. As for exercise I recommend walking. If you like to read you can pick up a training schedule for a 5K, 10K and 1/2 Marathon to keep you motivated. Good Luck.
Not possible. The healthy way to lose weight is 1-2 lbs a week. You can probably lose 30 lbs by November.
You need to do cardio, weight lifting, and eat a healthy balanced diet. Create a caloric deficit of about 500 calories a day. Don't starve yourself, don't skip meals, and dont eat more calories than you burn.
Aerobics does a lot for your body, and this is from someone who runs 5 times a week.
