Starving, dizzy, tired?!?

im 18, 4'10 height, weighing 100lb
I want to be 87lb (cause im sort of fat)

but now im feeling really dizzy, headaches, starving, tired, and feel like throwing up? should i go throw up?

by the way i have kidney disease where my kidneys are working less then 40%, could this diet hurt them?

First off, Bulimia is a disorder, not just throwing up once. I throw up like once a month due to anxiety, eating too much, eating bad stuff etc. Nothing wrong with that

And you also didn't say you're starving yourself, you just said you felt starving so...eat? I dunno, discuss your nutrition needs w/ a professional cause I assume kidneys are cool and yours are fragile or something

I'd make a rush to go check w/ someone who knows his stuff cause your case seems more dire than most people's

Anyways, considering you're 4 foot 10, I dunno if all these people are right.they're all saying 100 is really skinny, but thats like for 5 foot 5 people

I'm not gonna tell you not to go for the weight you wanna go for; Because I'm pretty sure you won't die from trying, nobody is that stupid, and death doesn't just suddenly happen to people trying to lose weight, but you might go through a hellish period of life if you do try it.

But hey, people learn best from their own mistakes, not from others telling you what to do/not to do

oooohkkkk stop right there, i know im not going to get a best answer for this but you HAVE to stop. 100 pounds is already light, even if youre 4 10. 87 pounds is less than my 2nd grade cousin weighs. no you sould not throw up, because what that would make you is bulimic. and it will erode your esophigus and cause your teeth to decay which is disgusting. if you are feeling these things from lack of food you need to get some food in you now, if you have any nuts or beans or something... try a banana that might help your dizzyness

Thats why you need to go to the hospital now, so they can perform the needed diagnostic tests to make the correct adjustments. Call 911 or have your parents take you to the emergency room if you cannot get a hold of your physician.

You should go see a doctor; anytime you are dizzy tired, and have headaches, you should definitely see a doctor. But, if you feel like throwing up, you probably should. You aren't bulimic unless you constantly binge eat and then throw up to get rid of the calories. If the reason that you're throwing up is because you don't feel well, then go on ahead, it will probably make you fell better. Also, be careful with your diet, as it could probably be part of the cause of this sickness. Good luck!

do a lil bit of diet control...nt much actually , include more friuts & veg, reduce non veg.u knw jst the basics. do a lil bit of exercise.better if u can jst shake ur body 2 ur fav tunes. tat way, u can burn fat.without feeling the pinch. now over 2 the MANTRA..IMAGINE URSELF THE WAY U WANNA C.....;LESS THOS KGS. evry morning ..let this b 1 of ur 1st thoughts. understand the infinite powers within urself.tak control of ur life. b4 going 2 sleep too reaffirm thes thouhgts.imagine oters showing thier surprise at ur new image..imagine all sorts of things u hav wishd 2 do .had u been a lil less fatty. nw tats all u need 2 do..leave de rest 2 ur mind.& belive it can do wonders ...but only if u let it do.and sweetheart..take care of ur health....also affirm good health 2 urself. good luk!!!!
GET OFF THAT DIET! You're damaging your kidneys for a start. All your dizziness and tiredness is because you aren't eating properly. Get back to a healthy protein and carb and fat diet until you regain your strength. THEN start thinking about losing weight, and do it with professional help.
of course this diet will hurt you! u r at the perfect weight so dont try to change ur weight in any way.and if u were 87 then u would look anorexic and disgusting. do u want to be skin and bones and look like a skeleton? pleaz stop doing this to urself. u could really damage ur kidneys even more and not to mention how u will affect the rest of ur body. do u have a death wish or somethin?
To have kidneys working at 40% is not a BTW Captain. It is the main road. Everything stems from there. How do you know they are 40%? You seeing a kidney specialist? If you are why are you asking here? Is he giving you answers you don't want to listen to? For now i'll just say you need to drink a gallon of water per day. You are dizzy and having headaches because you are starving to lose weight. It won't work. If you don't eat your stomach thinks your throat has been cut and your metabolism slows down which is bad for your kidneys. You have to eat the proper way and that is not the way you were taught, breakfast, lunch, dinner, all at certain times. You should have a healthy breakfast, never skip that. But after that you should only eat when you feel hungry, not because it is 12 o'clock. When you feel hungry have a healthy snack which is not harmful to your kidneys. Take it easy with your snack because it takes your stomach 20 minutes to tell your brain that it has been fed. Don't eat by time, only by being hungry. Do that and you won't be nauseas and you won't be dizzy or have headaches. And please show this to your DR.
