i would think ulcers would be more common with bulimia due to the throwing up and can even affect the esophagus from the stomach acid, stress can cause ulcers, abuse of medication can as well, stomachcancer also affects the stomach and can give u ulcer like symptoms in the beginning. best bet is have it checked out and then get proper diagnosis for proper treatment
