Does it matter?

Question:
Would it matter at all if i exercised 50mins total a day but did 20 in the morning 30 in the evening or is it more effective if i just do the 45 mins all together?

Answers:
depends on the intensity of the workout. if you exercise at a high intensity rate for a short time twice a day it is more effective than exercising at a low intensity for a long time. both are good though it just depends on the intensity and your preference.
well i think there is definitely a difference... but any type of exercise is effective, even when it's spread out throughout the day
I read in some magazine that doing them seperate will achieve better results. im guesing it's because after 40 mins u run out of energy and go slower but if they're seperate, you will use more energy in total.
havind separate times is good becasue if you torture your self for 50 min your body will not like having to do all this exercise at once you get more used to it if you do it sepreley and it's more helthier. Instead of taking your car to school or work or the stoor walk if it's like 3 or 4 or less blocks away but if you think u can go further good for you and good luck i'm trying to losse weight and i'm gonna start walkin 3 times a day and i'm 11. I'm gonna walk 3 times a day for around waybe 30 or 20 min good luck :)
actually it is more effective if you seperate them. it keeps your metabolism high and burns the most fat.
You know what? You can spend all day working out, but the fastest way is SPRINTS... you can do these in 3 minutes a day and you'll burn a lot of calories, even while you're sleeping. Look at the athletes, the ones who all look the best are spinters.
