Does this sound healthy?
Question:

Well, it had proteins, fiber, and a lot of carbohydrates, and just a little fat. So it's pretty healthy. But one meal a day doesn't determine a healthy diet. And depending on how your body reacts to carbohydrates, that may have been too much.
And DON'T switch to low fat salad dressing, since this can prevent the body from absorbing some of the vitamins in your food.
You need more tuna, like 6 -8 ounces for the protein. other than that it sounds good.
yeah, but switch to low-fat ranch. and get tuna that's packed in water, not oil.
No..canned tuna is the worst and so is miracle whip..its better than a cheeseburger for your local joint but still you can do better.
Not that healthy but you eating small portions of it, won't cause you to gain weight if that's what you trying to do?
Whoa yea. I wish I ate that healthy. Most of the time I work it off though so. But yea that is like being a nutritionest.
Well over all I guess. But ranch, wheat, and miracle whip are all bad for you. Tuna and carrots are great for you though. Try puting tuna on healthy bread. It's in the organic section. (it doesn't have wheat or preservatives etc. in it) and eat carrots in a salad with other vegies then put vinigar and olive oil on it. That is healthy.
without knowing what you eat the rest of the time its very difficult to say if you are eating healthy or not however, the items you mention all seem to be OK and it seems a reasonable thing to eat for dinner, are you on a special diet? or trying to loose weight?
