Which is better.?

Question:
Eating a small amount about once every hour or eating 3 meals a day. of course nutritious and healthy food. I am trying to get into better shape for the school year.

Answers:
Eating 5 small meals a day is better, doing this raises your metabolism and will help you lose weight, go with a low fat high protein diet, and do cardio every day, 25 minute sessions work great.
Eating small amounts every hour. Easier to digest! Hope that helps! have a great day! :)
i would say eating a small amount, maybe not every hour, but about 5 small meals a day
I have always read that eating 5 small meals is the best way to eat because it keeps your metabolism up throughout the day. It's like keeping a small fire burning hot by putting small twigs on a fire.
small amounts throughouy the day is best.It will also shrink your stomach and get your stomach to feel fuller quicker. And ultimately you wont eat so much and you will lose weight quicker.Make sure you eat healthy.
a small amount more often is healthier.
i wouldnt say one hour because then it isnt going to be good sleeping and missing 6-8 meals when you wake up. i say maybe small meals 3-4 hours apart with snacks in between if you want should be fine.
