I want to loose some lbs. so I can feel better about myself. I would like to loose at least 30 lbs. Are there any dieting tips? And I dont want to buy any pills or trainers, or powders for shakes or something. Its just me and my tennis shoes. (and an exercise ball, dumbells) I like to jog too
