Answers:
your an idiot to think u need to lose more. your at a perfect height and weight!! stop wanting more and be thankful! stop being superficial!
you have to eat more than 500 cal. to surive- I'm serious.
You height and weight is completly healthy. You should be thankful that the Lord blessed you with a healthy strong body and not worry about losing weight. Just eat healthy and excersice and whatever your weight you shouldn't worry.
It's hard to change your body when it dosn'et want to be. You're stuck with yourself forever so learn to love yourself.
The thing is you are at your target weight. Why doi you feel you must lose more?
Eat 1500-2000 calories, the calories do not matter as much since you burn them doing everything, watch your fat intake and keep it under 35 fat grams a day, do cardio 2 times a day and drink only water, stay away from sugar.
Losing 10 lbs in 3 weeks is a good and healthy goal. Try exercising for an additional half hour each day and reduce your calories by 200. You should still be eating at least 1500 calories each day. Anything less and you will be compromising your bodies ability to burn calories.
Do not eat just 500 calories a day. You will be starving yourself. Physicians recommend you need a minimum of 1200 calories a day just to keep functioning normally. If you go below that, you go into starvation mode and your body can literally shut down. 10 pounds isn't worth an emergency room trip!

At 5'5 and 126 pounds why do you think you need to lose 10 pounds? Sounds like you are at a great weight for your height.

As far as exercise goes, strength training works. You need to do moderate strength training exercises about 3 times a week, working big muscles (abs, legs, arms, etc.) You need to rest every other day to allow your body to heal. Most women do not "bulk up" with strength training, they tone their muscles. Strength training also tends to burn calories for longer duration, not just while you are doing it.

Please eat more than 500 calories a day. You won't be doing your body or mind any favors by starving yourself. Good luck.
u have to eat to lose weight, honey. Just eat healthier.
I understand, and I will offer the best advice I can. You will need to drink lots of water. Take a multi-vitamin each day. You can eat all the fresh vegetables you want. (low calorie choices!). You can eat salads, with low cal. dressings. Canned mushrooms, canned beans, canned crushed tomatoes, canned beets (check labels) - Are all low calorie foods. Also, Becel makes a Topping and Cooking Spray that has zero calories. It's great on popcorn, and veggies. Watch the salt. You can eat quite a bit of these foods and lose weight. Drink lots of tea, herbal teas. Don't starve yourself, or your body will resist "losing" any weight. Eat often, just eat low cal foods. Good Luck!

If you eat 500 calories a day for three weeks, have you thought about what you are going to eat after the three weeks?

It is impossible to continue for the long term, because you will suffer healthwise and slow down your metabolism.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
