Is this a thriving work out routine?


I work out from 8-10pm at least 5 days a week. also right after I finish the work out at in the region of 10:20pm I drink wheyprotein. Is this too late at darkness to be doing all this?


Answers:    I'm unsure of the intensity of your training but it's probably a past the worst bet to say that you are doing too much.
