Did I ruin my diet ? I've been eating very healthy, but today I kind of SLIPPED... =*(?


Question:
I have been eating very healthy: whole grains, fruits, and veggies, but today I was craving something sweet soooooooo bad !! I had a grilled chicken salad for dinner, then afterwards I was craving dessert, so I ended up getting one of those chocolate Drumstick ice cream... but it's a whopping 390 calories !!!___!! I'm scared that I'll gain weight, but this is the only thing I've eaten all week that's unhealthy. Is there still hope tomorrow ? Please help !!

Of course there is still hope. It's about self control. Having dessert isn't going to make you gain weight, especially only treating yourself once. It's important to reward yourself when dieting. Don't feel guilty and don't be stressed about it. Everyone slips on a diet. Sounds to me like you're doing an awesome job!
It's not the end of the world. We all do that from time to time. Just get back on track now that it's over.

I think it's a constant battle we all go through when losing weight. Just let this one go and don't beat yourself up too much.

No... everyone is allowed a cheat once in awhile. Your not going to gain back any weight from slipping up one time.

So cheer up! Get back to your healthy ways but allow yourself a treat once in awhile!

chill that isn't that bad. just exercise tomorrow a little extra and keep eating healthy. allow yourself a little treat once in a while. there are these 60 calorie fudge posicles you can get at the grocery store. they are really good. that should help your cravings. i wish you good luck!
