If i stop eating sugar but?

just get some control over urself. try for one day to not have any junkfood then two, then three, then you wont really have a craving for sugar. the only sugar i had today was one m&m so eat just one and maybe that will staisfy u. and if u have a craving for it chew gum or have some fruits.
Eat healthy (but yummy) and exercise (but fun).
I dont like dieting because it restricts you from eating what you want and doesnt let you live. Instead of eating straight fruits and veggies and ONLY healthy stuff, try eating low fat ice cream (in moderation), frozen blueberries sprinkled with SPLENDA, celery sticks, baked apple crisps, bananas with cinnamon, etc. You can eat healthy food but also have fun with it. Try making your own little meals and snacks that are healthy but are fun to make and also actually tastes decent. I know that plain spinach leaves taste awful so try mixing some stuff in it so that its yummy and tastes good. Dieting doesnt have to be all strict and boring, have fun with it.

Sugar is addictive and so it is very common for you to suffer for a while when you stop eating sugar. This will go away after about a week to 10 days as you break the addiction.
Fruit is fine when dieting, but as with anything you don't want to over do it. Eating fruit will not continue your addiction for processed sugar.
It is not adviced to use diet soda while trying to lose weight, in fact diet soda has been proven to cause weight gain, despite it not having the high calories. Besides that the sweetener is a chemical substance that is very unhealthy.
There are good alternatives like Stevia that you can use, and, again this will not cause you to continue your addiction to sugar, but I would try to reduce your need for sweets.
