What should i do to loose excess podginess on the buts?


Friends,i've been dieting as in good health as exercising a lot since months.That resulted that my belly is surrounded by perfect shape but,my integer doesnt looks good as theres some flabby on the buts...what should i do?


Answers:    Have you tried upward cycling ...What you do is lay on your back and hold your legs up, after start circular motions with your foot and knees as if you were pedling a bicycle...works wonders for butts and thighs...!
