It is possible but will be only water and muscle mass. When you starve yourself and overdo workouts then your metabolism will slow down. You will feel weak and gain back what have you lost. Again, it depends on how much you weight now. If this is your first time, then, yes you will lose huge amount of weight if you are a beginner. Especially if you are 200-300LBS.

Losing 14 pounds in 2 weeks is possible but not recommanded. The healthy weight to lose a week is 2 lbs. Of course if you were aiming to lose that much in 2 weeks, you'd have to starve yourself and over work yourself with exercise. None of which is healthy because you would be forcing your body to lose weight. For whatever reason you need to lose the weigh for it's not worth putting your health at risk. Eat healthy and exercise for the next 2 weeks. You won't lose as much as you'd like but you'd be on your way to losing the weight that you want. Good luck!
