WOuld I keep losing weight during the fasting month?

Question:
Okay, I have to fast for 30 days with no drinks or foods until sunset everyday for 30 days. My question is what to eat before working out if you know that the only time for me to work out after breaking the fast at sunset which is around7:30PM. If I eat a light thing then work out for 2 hours then eat my usual meal, but that would be around 11:00PM. What do you think. (don't say don't fast it is not an option for me). OK please

Answers:
what are you doing during the day. do you not know that your body needs fuel during that time? if you are not doing anything then i would say not to eat. but you might get light-headed after a while. do not let that happen. your body needs water at least. our bodies can only go for a few days without it. then all organs start to break down. believe me, you do not know what goes on inside your body. it is not transparent, for Gods sake. exercising on an empty stomach is okay but then after you can eat lightly so as to not tax your system to greatly. if you are fasting to lose weight then, do it, slowly, okay? if it is to cleanse your system, then ask GOD what he wants you to do. I am HIS little messenger to tell you that he wants you to be safe when fasting. so be careful!
I would say yes if you keep up your work out and eating in moderation even after work outs at night.
K.Only thing is if you fast you run the inevidable thing of gorging when you do eat.Just eat light. No fat, carbs. They'll put the weight right back on.And eating right before you go to bed doesn't help.
