The best exercise is practising keeping your mouth shut and not shovelling the grub in!
Lots of sex!!
Ride a bicycle and go swimming. These are without a doubt the best exercises (cardiovascular). If you need to tone up, you should use a little weight training, though it will be a long time before the effects are noticeable. Don't worry, women will not build big bulging muscles unless they abuse steroids.
Sex.... failing that walking (but not strolling) It has to be a steady pace :o)
Lunges.
squats and lunges until you want to die! Once you get used to do them, add weights. At first it will hurt to sit, climb stairs even breath but they work wonders. Start without weights. Then when that becomes easy add 5lb dumbells and just hold them in your hand. You should be doing that 2x a week and cardio 3x. You will burn fat and be really toned. You will be able to crack a walnut with your thighs but they won't be big, just nice and toned.
I would credit LUNGES for this.
Effectively done, lunges effect the Quadracepts (the front of the upper-leg region) and hamstrings (lower-rear portion of the legs.)
A STAIRSTEPPER actually helps burn more of the buttock area and lower back.
FAT IS FROM EATING...the body turns junk into fat for later use but there is no later use as you just keep eating non stop all the **** you should not and you gain weight..make up your mind to be healthy or just carry on as you do..we can't help you..some people can not help but to gain weight but most can....you have to think ahead and do you really need to be like this all your life...the thing is.no matter how you are now..with exercise and good diet you will be a far healthier person

Sit down on the floor then shuffle onto one side of your bum then on the other and keep rocking from one side to the other,do that each day for a while,but you must carry on with it,ok,hope this as been a help to you.
