Lay on your back. Raise your legs into the air, parallel to the floor, while contracting your abdominals. Hold them there for five seconds..let them drop to within a few inches of the floor (DON'T LET THEM TOUCH THE FLOOR, though). Then, bring them back up again. Keep doing this same thing until you HAVE to let your legs drop.
