I'm 12 and 5 ft 3inc. 115lbs. can any one tell me how many mins i have to be on the tread mill a day.?

I WANT TO NOW, HOW MANY MINS I SHOULD BE ON THE TREADMILL AND WHAT SPEED, IF WANT TO BE 95LBS BY THE OF THE HOLIS? BIG QUESTION.HUH?

If you're 12 you should be out playing sports with your friends and schoolmates, not inside on a treadmill.
HUHHHHH??? dude try wording it better, but uhmm I don't think you should go for 95 lbs...because people might think you'ree sick or anorexic. so yeah...I say try to exercise 3 times a week for at least 30 mins to an hour. It will help. and also don't eat any FATTY foods or JUNK food. get it? drink lots of WATER and yeah. stick to the plan. lol best of luck.
Kid, you're 12. Forget the treadmill and go play sports with your friends. Anyway, 5'3'' and 115 lbs is a good weight. I'm 5'2'' and 110 lbs and very fit. Toss the scale, stay active, and eat junk food sparingly. And be a kid, you're only 12. :P
well you don't neeed ttoooooo looose weight! but if you really want to exercise i'd run 15 minutes a day,. my grandma is like a string bean and runs that much a day!
