Is 100 pounds reasonable for my weight?
Question:
If this information helps I did ballet for 9 years and now I am in cheerleadering.
Answers:
Absolutly, your weight is fine and healthy. You're a normal, slim young girl. I don't know where you got it into your head that you are anything else, but it just reasures me that today's society is brainwashing young women.
You are the perfect weight for your height, but if you feel you need to lose five pounds, please don't turn to fad diets in order to do so. You sound like an active girl, I'm really sure that you're just great as you are.
ur fine
wow... thats not healthy... 100 lbs is the perfect weight for your age group... mines also. but unless you feel the need to lose weight and be anorexic and have eating disorders, and always wanting to throw up after you eat something. its not healthy... your fine the way you are and dont change... you know you can feel good and eat whatever rather than eat a salad a day and bunch of water and be anorexic.
Your age has close to nothing to do with a healthy weight. It's more about your height and physical activity level. Based on the fact that you are 5 feet tall, and have 9 years of ballet along with cheerleading under your belt my guess is that you have a lot of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you seemingly are a very healthy, very fit individual. Your weight is just fine, no need to worry about it at all.
Hope this helps. :-)
I am 5' and weigh 92 pounds and my dr. would love to see me at 100 pounds. You are just right, how much you weigh does not matter so much as how tall you are for the weight you are. You are spot on.
Sounds fine, for 10-13.
