Can i build some shoulder muscle and lose around 3 pounds if i do this?

Question:
im 16 and a haff, 160 pounds, and 5'9. my biceps are huge but the back head of my triceps and my shoulders are really small. also i have about 5 pounds of body fat mainly on my tummy and azz lol.

here's my routine:

every week for 6 weeks:
sunday-5 mile run with pushups and a pyramid(1 rep then 2 reps then 3 reps then 4 reps then 3 reps then2 reps 1 rep) of pullups inbetween each half mile

monday-lateral raises/front raises/back raises for all the heads of the shoulder and tricep extentions

tuesday-same as sunday

wednesday-same as monday

thursday-same as sunday

friday-same as monday

saturday-rest

I have eat a bodybuilder's diet on all of the days that I lift weights and a normal diet for the days that I run. I also drink 8 glasses of water and get 8-9 hours of sleep every single day.

if i do all this for 6 weeks, can i possible lose the 5 pounds of body fat and build sum muscle on my shoulders/triceps and possible even a little bit on my chest?

Answers:
you might not loose much weight becuse that will get you a ton of muscles, and it will be hard to keep that up for 6 weeks because you will get exausted.
well, muscle weighs more than fat, so your gonna gain weight when you build muscle. sorry dude
keep it up...i think it will work
Lower reps on Lats and tri's with more weight.

For tummy, do crunches. They get right to the point. There are a wide variety of crunches. Do them all, but put them in different days to make your routine less boring.
You seem to me to be somewhat of a fanatic about this bodybuilding, diet stuff. You need to calm it down a bit before you hurt your body. You're still growing, and you need calories, and every person needs a little bit of body fat.

I don't know why you're obsessed, though I am impressed by your dedication to something constructive. Let's compromise, shall we? Get a coach or personal trainer to sit down with you and review the diet plans and exercise plans you outlined above. If you can get him to agree to this plan, go for it. If he tells you to slow down...you have to slow down. Deal? E-mail me of your progress, okay? Take care.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get-trim.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
