Cut it in half, you'll probably be happy with that when you look into the mirror. Also you might want to mention your current weight, what is it, 210? .. Fat people loose weight faster. Because their body's aren't used to excersize.

Thats 15 pounds a month.. no thats not too hard to do and not unhealthy as long as you have that much weight to lose.
