I am compelled to ask you what you have been eating, and how you are 2 inches shorter????
honey are you serious? you need to get on a diet FAST before it gets so bad you can't reverse it. please, do something quick! go to the doctor and see if you have medical problems causiing this, like thyroid problems. it's only going to get worse if you don't do something now. try walking some, and increase it each week in pace and length. you will end up running in no time! and cut back on the food full of sodium, carbs, and sugar. you've still got time!
You are pretty heavy for your age. You need to speak with your parent's about this & they need to consult with the family doctor who will refer you to a nutrionist or they need to get you on a healthy diet plan, with activity to get that weight off.

Ideal weight for your height is between 125 (low) and 148 (high) You are almost double your ideal weight. I would recommend speaking to a doctor, who will be able to refer you to a dietitian, or some other professional. The basic thing is to use more calories than you take in, essentially, eat less, and exercise more.
i cant tell you how over weight you are because there is no set weight limit for 5'2" 13 year olds. but what i suggest is you go for evening walks around your neighborhood or sign up for a sport in your school. volleyball, drill team, and soccer should be starting about now. i recommend both volleyball and soccer. those are the ones i have played, and theyre great! make sure what you are eating is balanced and healthy and its not a big portion. good luck!
Definatly consult a doctor and nutritionist, please don't try to lose it all on your own. Get your parents behind you for losing it the healthy way, you're to young to be dieting or tackling weight issues by yourself. Plus, you'll feel better and be more opt for success with medical experts and the people you love rooting for you and helping you.
Ur about 130 pounds overweight u need to lose weight and fast go to Ur doc and see if u have any rare diseases to make u gain wieght
If you want to lose weight start strength training. Strength training builds muscle, muscle burns a lot more calories and fat, burning calories and fat will make you lose weight. Start trying to eat healthier. try walking 3 nights of the week, then after doing that for a few weeks try jogging three times a week. Trust me you will see a noticeable difference in less than 6 weeks. Just stick with it and be patint when wanting to see results. good luck I hope it works out

I don't know how overweight you are...but I know you would be considered obese. listen, just start excercising..it doesnt even have to be excercise just go outside and play and have fun. run around with a basketball, and be jumping around in your own fantasy like ur the best in the world and just shooting baskets, play some soccer or something with friends, volleyball is a great sport to get in shape. swimming is good too since its hot here...u dont have to have a pool, go to the YMCA or something. and eat around 1300 calories a day, eat fruits and veggies, and only lean meat, like chicken and turkey, or sirloin steak. eat 6 small meals a day, eat lots of fiber, and protien.dont have too much sodium either. and since your a little more overweight than most, you will probably drop like 50-100 pounds quick...but then you might hit a weight plateu. allow yourself a small treat once a week, that way you arent depriving yuorself of what you want.

Being this overweight can cause you serious health problems that can affect you whole life. Fortunately, you are a responsible, intelligent kid who is way beyond your years! You should walk a mile a day in addition to however much you already walk. It's hard to believe that you've never received many tips already from your parents, doctor, teacher (especially gym teacher). It's not easy to loose weight because it's not a fun or comforting process. But it is an easy formula...eat less junk food and more whole & healthy foods, eat smaller portions, and exersice at least 3-5 times per week. I gaurentee results! You definately need to change you're lifestyle in order to live a long, healthy, happy life. Good luck to you!
You should consider what my best friend did...She went to a camp for the summer...There they teach you how to eat healthy and do the exersice you need.

But you eat less than 2250 calories I'm sure that you will lose those extra pounds faster.
