Should i exercise with a sore knee?

i bumped it, its not a ligament or anything

I would say no because it has to heal,excersizing might tear it more.Push ups are the only thing i did when my knee was busted for abit.
You can do stationary bike. This exercise is good for knee rehab, and will not hurt your knee.
The answer is no really. Moderate movements are fine but nothing excessive as you might make more damge and than you are stuck in bed for longer than you should have been if you have taken time to rest and recover fully
Nope. Wait till it heals. Anyway, that would not take long. Instead of doing your exercise, you will just prolong the healing of the knee. Have patience. If not you may exercise on the upper of your body but never the lower portion especially if your knee will be affected during the exercise.
